  • No counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items are listed.
  • All images must be clear, original, and not infringe on intellectual property.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Sellers are free to set their own pricing but must honor listed prices.
  • All payments will be processed via the platform’s payment gateway.
  • Settlement of payments to sellers will occur within 7 working days after successful delivery (customizable based on platform setup).

4. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Sellers are responsible for packing and shipping their own products unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Products must be shipped within the promised time frame.
  • Tracking details must be updated promptly.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Sellers must accept returns as per our return policy.
  • In case of disputes, BalajiGoldHouse.com will act as a mediator and reserves the final right of resolution.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the buyer and deducted from the seller’s next payout.

6. Commission & Fees

  • A platform commission of 2 % is applicable on each successful order.
  • Any transaction fees or service charges will be detailed in the seller dashboard or agreement.

7. Seller Conduct

Sellers are expected to:

  • Maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Avoid false claims, misleading advertisements, or manipulation.
  • Respond to buyer queries and complaints promptly.
  • Not engage in any activity that may harm the reputation of Balaji Gold House.

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts without prior notice for:

  • Violation of any policy or law.
  • Repeated customer complaints or poor ratings.
  • Selling prohibited, counterfeit, or misrepresented items.
  • Non-fulfillment of orders or fraudulent activity.

9. Intellectual Property

Sellers must ensure that all content (images, descriptions, logos) used in their listings are their own or licensed. Any IP violation may lead to account suspension and legal action.


10. Liability

Balaji Gold House is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers beyond the scope of this platform’s policies. Sellers are fully responsible for their own products, legal obligations, and customer dealings.


11. Modifications to Policy

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Updated policies will be communicated via email or seller dashboard notifications.

Seller shall have the right to request that Title Company provide a simultaneously-issued seller’s policy of title insurance at Closing (“Seller’s Policy”), at Seller’s sole cost. Seller shall notify Buyer and Title Company no later than one (1) business day before the scheduled Closing Date if Seller elects to obtain Seller’s Policy. In no event shall the issuance of Seller’s Policy be a condition of the Closing.
