1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The
product received is damaged, defective, or not as
described.
- The
return request is raised within 48 hours of product delivery.
- The
item is unused, in original condition, and includes original
invoice, tags, and packaging.
Note: Products like customized jewelry, gold schemes,
and items purchased during special offers or flash sales are not eligible
for return unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Gold/silver
coins once opened.
- Items
showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery.
- Products
with tampered security tags or missing authenticity/hallmarking
certificates.
- Custom
or engraved items made as per customer request.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email
us at returns@balajigoldhouse.com or call [Insert Phone Number]
within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Mention
your Order ID, reason for return, and include clear photos of the
product.
- Once
approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you through the return
shipment process.
4. Inspection and Approval
- Once
we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it.
- If
the return is approved, a replacement or refund will be
initiated within 7–10 working days.
- If
rejected (due to damage, usage, or policy violation), the product will be
sent back to the customer.
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the original mode of
payment:
- For
online payments: Refund to the same bank account/card.
- For
Cash on Delivery: Refund via NEFT/IMPS to your bank account.
- No
cash refunds will be provided.
6. Exchange Option
We allow exchange of products under the following
terms:
- The
exchange is for the same value or higher (difference to be paid by
customer).
- Must
be requested within 5 days of delivery.
- Shipping
cost for exchange will be borne by the customer unless the product was
defective.
7. Shipping Charges
- Shipping
charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on
our part (e.g., wrong/damaged item sent).
- In
case of customer-initiated returns, shipping cost will be deducted from
the refund.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders
can be canceled before shipment only.
- Once
shipped, cancellation is not allowed — you must initiate a return after
receiving the item.
